I just made a sale! How do I ship?

How exciting - congratulations! When the sale is complete, you’ll get an email confirming the fabulous news.  All you have to do now is login into your account and follow the pathway: Select Orders → Select the Product for Sale → View → Generate Shipping Label.

Shipping is fuss-free with our pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail shipping system:  simply print the automatically generated label and adhere it to your package. Then drop it off at the post office or schedule a pickup with Triple-check that you’re using our shipping label to avoid unfortunate delays in receiving your earnings, as each label has a tracking number connected with each order for us to track on our end. If a different label is used, we may not be able to help – sorry! If our shipping label is not used, we cannot compensate or reimburse users if a package is lost in transit since we will not have access to any tracking information.

Your buyer is just as excited about the sale as you are, so we recommend that you ship out the products soon as possible! Most of our seller’s ship within 2 days of purchase (although you’re more than welcome to exceed expectations and run to the post office straight away). Don’t forget to send your order promptly because if your sale remains unshipped for 7 days, the buyer can cancel the order. If you do have a genuine reason for shipping delays, it’s a good idea to message the buyer and let them know what’s going on to avoid losing business!

And if your order that remains unshipped by the 14th day after purchase than Bridal Boomerang can be automatically cancel the order without prior notice.

We release the money into your PayPal account within 36 hours of confirmed delivery. 


What are the fees for selling on Bridal Boomerang?

We at Bridal Boomerang like simplicity, so our fees are very easy and straightforward.

For all sales Bridal Boomerang takes a flat commission of 20%, and that’s it! The commission helps us provide you with a fuss-free experience and ensure we have sufficient funds to handle the financial transaction (including paying credit card fees), provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label, serve as your personal customer support team, market your products – and keep our amazing portal going! In other words, we provide a simple end-to-end platform for selling wedding treasures!

That’s right - you keep the solid 80% of your sale without any sneaky fees on top!

Once your sale has been delivered and received by your buyer, the earnings from your sale will be sent to your PayPal account with 36 hours.


I can’t find my pre-paid shipping label in my email. What do I do?

Not to worry! First of all, double check that we have the correct email address on file for you. You can

check this by logging in and following this pathway: Orders→ Select Product For Sale → View → Generate Shipping Label. Now you can simply save & print shipping label! Phew!

 If the shipping label is still nowhere to be found, please shoot us a line at  - we’ll get on it shortly and look into the issue, don’t stress.


What are the shipping rates on Bridal Boomerang?

Bridal Boomerang provides discounted shipping rates through USPS Priority Mail. All shipping is based off product weight, and shipping is paid for by the buyer. To avoid disappointment and cancellations, we recommend all orders to be shipped within 1-3 days of sale – as this is what most of our buyers are used to!


I shipped my sale. How do I get paid?

Once the “Generate Shipping Label” button is pressed, Bridal Boomerang is notified that sale has been fulfilled. And then it’s time to get your pockets ready, as the revenue (minus the commission) will be paid to your PayPal email address on file within 36 hours.

To make sure the payment comes through smoothly, make sure that your account email is the same as the PayPal email address provided!

It’s hard to part with the goodies, but please remember that all products should be shipped within 1-3 business days of sale. Don’t forget to send your order promptly, as if your sale remains unshipped for 7 days, the buyer can cancel the order. What is Bridal Boomerang’s Return Policy?

 Bridal Boomerang takes an active role in each and every purchase made on Bridal Boomerang to ensure both the buyer and seller have a great experience. However, choose wisely, as all sales are final on Bridal Boomerang, meaning that no change of mind refunds will be issued. A buyer may open a case with us if they don’t receive their item, or the item they receive is not as described within the listing. As long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing, they are safe, and no refunds are possible!

If you received something suspiciously underwhelming, make to report the problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the website. When a case is opened, the buyer is asked to upload photos and offer details of the item. If the return is verified, we help the buyer to get a full refund quickly. You are safe with us!

To avoid disappointment, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings. We encourage buyers to review the listing photos, description and item condition. Questions? Shoot a private message to the seller before committing to a purchase! Our friendly are more than happy to provide additional information, as they want you to get a perfect item!

What happens when my buyer has reported my item as not as described?

Oh no! When a buyer reports a problem with their order, we ask them to submit supporting documentation including photos and a list of issues. Our team will then review the photos and information provided, the seller’s listing (photos, description and all communication between buyer and seller), and other relevant documentation prior to coming to a resolution. So don’t worry – this may be annoying, but if the item is as you’ve described, you’re totally safe! We recommend that all sellers accurately describe their items by providing clear, representative photos that fully show the condition of the item and a detailed description.


Both the buyer and seller will be notified via email once there is a resolution, so nothing will ever happen behind your back. We are always here to help you achieve the best outcome for everyone.


I purchased an item, but did not receive an email confirmation. What do I do?

No need to worry – we’ll take care of it for you! Firstly, please take a moment to check if we have the correct email address associated with your account. To verify your email address, simply login, then go to the My Account Tab → My Profile → Edit.

Please understand that we are unable to resend order confirmation emails. Sorry, but that’s how our system works! No stress though, as you can simply check the status of your order directly within the site by clicking on your Orders Tab.


Oops! I accidentally purchased an item. What should I do?

Sorry to hear you grabbed something by accident! You may cancel your order through the site within 3 hours of the order being placed, otherwise we will assume that you fell in love and want to keep it (understandable!). To cancel an accidental purchase, leave a comment to the seller right away and contact us at  

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order, as we allow our sellers up to 7 days to ship out their orders. However, the majority of our sellers tend to ship their orders within as little as 3 days of purchase, meaning you will get your hands on the goodies even sooner. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which is delivered between 2-3 business days once the order is shipped.

 Typically, when a package is first scanned into the USPS mail stream, both you and the seller will receive an email providing you with tracking information to help everyone get a better estimate of delivery times. Sit back and get excited – the goodies are on the way!


I never received my order. What should I do?

This sounds terrible, we are so sorry! Good news: you are protected every time you place an order on Bridal Boomerang. If your order never arrives, we’ll refund you your payment, no questions asked. We’ve got this.

First, check to see if your order has shipped – some sellers may take a bit longer than others, although the majority will ship within 3 days. You can check the status of your order by going to your Account Tab → Orders. Click on the item you purchased and check the order status. If your order hasn’t shipped, we suggest you contact the seller by commenting on the listing – a little nudge never killed nobody, especially if it’s been over 3 days since purchase and you haven’t heard anything back.

 If your seller doesn’t ship your order within 7 days of purchase, you have the option to cancel your order and get a full refund. You can do this by going to your Account Tab → My Purchases → Click on the item you purchased → Problems/Order Inquiry.

If your order remains unshipped by the 14th day and has not been cancelled by you or the seller, we will automatically cancel the order on your behalf to ensure you receive your payment back. That is sure a sticky situation, but we will never leave you empty-handed for that long.

 If your order has shipped but never arrived, please report this by contacting seller right away and emailing us at  – we will work together to find the most suitable resolution.


My order was cancelled. When will I receive my refund?

Ok, things happen. When an order is cancelled, we process a full refund back to the original payment method right away. Quick note: if you used a credit card, we send the funds back to your bank within 3 business days of order cancellation, but the exact date that your bank posts it to your statement can vary depending on the bank. Please allow up to 1 full billing cycle for your bank to post your refund to your statement.


Refund Policy

When you make a purchase on Bridal Boomerang, we don’t release payment to the seller until seller has printed the shipping label to ship the product. No shameless scammers are tolerated here, ever!

If something is terribly wrong with your goodies, you have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Bridal Boomerang website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we’ll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund. So get on it quick, or we may not be able to assist!
